I've forgotten my password and am unable to access my account, what can I do?
When attempting to log in, click on “Lost your password?”. You will then be redirected to a new page where you will need to enter your username or email address. After doing so, you will receive a link via email to create a new password.
How can I change my login username or password?
Please log in to your profile and navigate to the “Account Details” section. Within this section, you will be able to update your first name, last name, display name, and password.

What are the free tarot readings available?
The Daily Card Reading and the Yes/No Reading are completely free of charge.
What is the best way to acquire paid tarot readings?
Please log in, go to the “shop” section, and directly purchase the desired reading. Once the purchase is complete, navigate to the menu and under the tarot category, select the game you previously purchased. Upon entering, you will be ready to proceed with your reading.
Where can I reread my tarot reading later?
Please log in to your account and then click on “Orders.” There, you will find readings that still have an active validity period for consultation.

Can I choose the astrology method and housing systems to calculate the birth chart or transits?
Yes! We offer both tropical (western) and sidereal astrology, and you can choose from the Placidus, Alcabitus, Campanus, Equal House (Ascendant or Whole Sign), Koch, Morinus, Meridian, Porphyrius, Non-Porphyrius, Vedic, Regiomontanus, and Topocentric systems.
Does the Natal and Transit Chart take Daylight Saving Time (DST) into account?
Yes, the Natal and Transit Chart does take Daylight Saving Time (DST) into account. When generating the chart, the software adjusts the time according to the DST rules in effect for the specified location and date.
